Tom received a BA in History from the University of North Florida, a Masters of Divinity in Pastoral Counseling and Doctor of Ministry in Evangelism and Church Growth from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Karen, have three daughters - Megan, Katherine, Emily - and a son, Andrew.

Victor graduated from the Seminario Teologica Bautista Mexicano and has since served churches in Mexico and the United States, joining Neptune Baptist Church three years ago to become the pastor of the Spanish congregation, Inglesia Bautista Neptune. Victor and his wife, Loida, have two sons, Victor and Abner.
Alan graduated from Jacksonville University with a B.A. in Communications. He and his wife Amy have a son, Jake, and a new baby daughter, Jessica.
